Prayagraj: A high-level review meeting was organized in Prayagraj to take stock of the preparations for Mahakumbh 2025. The meeting was chaired by Managing Director Masoom Ali Sarwar, in which all the senior officers of the headquarters participated.
During the meeting, Managing Director Masoom Ali Sarwar reviewed the preparations for Mahakumbh 2025 in detail. He received information from the officials of various departments about the challenges and requirements in the preparations. All the officers presented reports on the progress of preparation of their respective departments and future action plan.
Special attention was given to the resources and strategies required to conduct Mahakumbh 2025 smoothly. In the meeting, the Managing Director instructed the officials to complete all the preparations in a timely manner and find quick solutions to any kind of difficulties.
Keeping in mind the possibility of arrival of lakhs of devotees in Mahakumbh 2025, crowd management, security arrangements and transport services were specially discussed in the review meeting. The Managing Director directed the officials to provide all the necessary facilities and services with high quality, so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience.
The main objective of this meeting was to ensure all the necessary steps for the successful organization of Mahakumbh 2025. Instructions were also given to speed up the preparations in the coming months, so that this historic event of Mahakumbh can be successfully completed.
Additional Managing Director Ram Singh Verma, Chief Principal Manager (P) Rajiv Anand, Principal Manager Ajit Singh, Technical Advisor Aryan Verma, Principal Manager Ashok Kumar, Principal Manager (Operations) Ankur Vikas and other officers also attended the meeting. Along with this, officers from Regional Manager Azamgarh, Gorakhpur, Varanasi and Prayagraj were also present in the meeting.
